تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") استخدامك للخدمات التي تقدّمها شركة AL ASEEL PAYMENT SERVICES L.L.C ("الأصيل"، "نحن"). باستخدامك لمنصّتنا، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

الأهلية

يجب أن تكون في السن القانونية وقادراً على إبرام اتفاق مُلزم لاستخدام خدماتنا. وتوافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة عند إنشاء الحساب، وعلى تحديثها باستمرار.

استخدام خدماتنا

توافق على استخدام خدماتنا للأغراض المشروعة فقط، ووفقاً لهذه الشروط والقانون المعمول به. ويُمنع استخدام المنصّة لتسهيل الاحتيال أو غسل الأموال أو أي نشاط محظور آخر.

التحقق من الهوية

حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل الأصيل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمات، إلا حيث لا يمكن استبعاد هذه المسؤولية بموجب القانون المعمول به.
